Many of us have come to enjoy making palm crosses on the night before Palm Sunday, and so we will on Saturday, April 9. Bring your own food and we will eat together beginning at 5:00 p.m. Then we shape the palm fronds into the form of a cross. Some of us have mastered the art of this in a matter of hours; fortunately, others are faster learners. The palm crosses are given to worshipers to be worn about the neck on Palm Sunday and throughout Holy Week if you so choose.
