[GPCPrayer] prayer update and request

Thank you to all who prayed for my uncle, Bill Ellis.  I'm sorry I'm just now updating but we've had one thing after another recently it seems.  Anyway, the tumor surprisingly ended up being malignant but they are confident they got it all.   He will end up seeing an oncologist for follow up in the next week or two.  He ended up back in ICU last week due to internal bleeding but is back at home now and recovering nicely.  
   
  Meanwhile, Don's grandma, Elfriede Bogen, who already suffers from Alzheimers, is in ICU in Murfreesboro with colon cancer.  They thought they could operate but after opening her up realized the disease is far too progressed.  She will be in ICU until they can get an infection under control and then will go directly to Hospice.  Don is taking it pretty hard as she is the woman who shaped his heart of gold.   They are giving her "weeks to months" so we're still hoping we can work in a trip to see her in person once she's out of ICU.   I'll update when there is something to share.  
   
   


As each new day opens before us, we can rest assured that God who watches over us in
 our sleep will stand by us no matter what the day may bring.
