Carl just sent me the latest newsletter and I put it on our website.  Look
on the left for a new link named Newsletter.  (you may have to refresh your
browser to get it to show up).  There are three choices, similar to the
on-line bulletin:  PDF, which requires that you have Adobe Reader on your
computer... MS Word, which requires that you have MS Office on your
computer... and HTML, which should show up in your browser without any extra
application.
